In Kenya rising populations and the grip of the latest vicious drought has left many communities facing a desperate water shortage. Over 42 per cent of the population in sub-saharan Africa has no access to safe water and children often pay the highest price. This project will give you the opportunity to help these children and communities to have year-round access to a clean water supply. It's not all work though. We include a safari to one of Kenya's world famous parks - for some impressive wildlife spotting.

kenya water relief™ project - summer trip
in a nutshell
your holiday snaps will be amazing!
Spend four or five weeks volunteering with the amazing Kamba communities of southern Kenya. Work alongside whole communities from 20 to 100 people helping to construct sand dams that will provide clean water for years to come. Includes a relaxing weekend break heading off on safari through Tsavo National Park. Team sizes from 8 to 16.
