Why? 

He may have scored only one goal for Germany, a stormer against Ghana, but set up two other corkers and did some sterling midfield work.  And all in his first year at international level, at the tender age of 21...  With so many fumbling passes and dodgy team-work throughout the tournament, it was just refreshing to watch a player who was more concerned about his team's performance than going for glory or diving in the vain hope of getting a free kick.  Nimble feet, too.

Anyway, here's an odd advert he did for Nike, dressed as a 70 year old...I wish I understood German...
