Help conserve Swaziland's spectacular game reserves and work with local communities and then explore Southern Africa with your team, diving, canoeing, bridge-swinging, bungi-jumping and taking safaris through the African Bush.
Project Phase 6 weeks: If you think you'd enjoy being out in the African Bush, but also want the chance to work with local communities then this is the perfect project for you!You will be carrying out valuable conservation work to ensure the long term protection of wildlife in Swaziland. You will learn all about the African Bush and the wildlife it supports and will have the chance to work closely alongside giraffes, impala, rhino, elephants, hippos and lion. We include a 3 day 'Game Ranger' training course which you receive certification for.
This project also works closely with local communities, from building classrooms for orphaned children to designing environmental education centres to teach children about the importance of conserving the wildlife around them.
Explorer Phase 6 weeks: The Southern Africa Explorer is six weeks of adventurous activities across five different countries. Trekking in Swaziland, scuba diving in Mozambique, bridge swinging, canyoning, caving and abseiling in South Africa, 4x4 and dug out canoe safaris in Botswana and bungi jumping 111m off Victoria Falls in Zambia.
