Josh Blakemore running the Brighton Marathon

Congratulations to ex-Quest student Josh Blakemore who has signed up to run the first ever Brighton Marathon in aid of Quest4Change.

Josh (pictured above with Bolivia project leader Matt Brimble) worked as part of the 2009 Bolivia Animal Sanctuary Team, who constructed two new Puma enclosures in Jacq Cuisi (the newest of the Inti Wara Yassi parks) and spent hours caring for and rehabilitating animals from capuchin monkeys to a specatacled bear. Inti Wara Yassi rescues animals from the illegal pet and circus trades in Bolivia. Where animals can be rehabilitated and re-released they are, however if this is not an option the animals are simply given the best possible quality of life in their natural environment. The money raised by Josh will go directly towards the ongoing support of Inti Wara Yassi and all the projects supported by Quest4Change in Africa and South America.

To sponsor Josh in his marathon effort simply go to his Virgin Money Giving Sponsorship page.

Regular places for the Brighton Marathon are now full and charity places are going fast, so why not secure yours and join Josh on the Quest4Change team.
